A brand new take on old familiar favorites, award-winning songwriter Meagan Allen takes audiences on a journey through decades of country time and time again.
Meagan Allen, independent red dirt country artist and songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee with a distinct Texas flair, has been steeped in classic country music her whole life. Hailing from Houston, her love of music began in the shape of a fiddle at the age of four, and soon found a manifestation in songwriting as a form of self-expression. Since then, her original songs have been honored on the Grammy Long List, as a finalist in Tennessee Songwriters Week 2024, the grand prize winner of NSAI’s 25th anniversary song contest, a first place winner in the Folk category of the John Lennon Songwriting Contest, and as one of Texas Country Music Association's "Best Texas Country Picks" of 2025. Her music and voice have also been featured three times in American Songwriter.
There is a distinct nostalgia in Meagan's music that calls back to country music's past. A storyteller and hopeless romantic, she calls upon the sounds and experiences of her upbringing and the wild ride of her travels as a touring musician to create something sonically fresh and new.
Living her dream, Meagan continues to hit the road with her music and fiddle across the country, making friends and entertaining in every state.
